Philippians 4:10-23 - Giving And Receiving For The Gospel

Most pastors do not want to talk about money. Nobody wants to sound like a rabid televangelist wearing an expensive suit grinning with a plastic smile and too much hairspray. While many pastors shy away from the topic of money, God doesn't. There are over 800 references to money in the Bible. Twenty-five percent of everything Jesus taught related to money. How we use the money God entrusts in our hands is one of the clearest indications of the true state of our true spiritual life. Join us as we learn the truth about money and the role it plays in our life with God.

As we continue or study of our study in Malachi, we learn the importance of honoring God with our wallet.

1 Timothy 5:17-25 - How Should I Treat My Church Leaders?

When President Trump was running for office, he was invited on the Jimmy Fallon show. At the end of the interview, Jimmy asked if he could put his hand in candidate Trump's perfect hair and mess it up. Commentators from both sides of the aisle and later Jimmy Fallon himself regretted his actions. He showed a lack of respect for what would become one of the most powerful men in the world, the President of the United States. As Christians, we are not just to show respect to our political leaders but a congregation is to also show respect to their church leaders. Join us as we learn importance of honoring leaders in the church.
